CLASSES for CHILDREN and TEENS
"Our youth programs are designed to help build a child's confidence, develop an understanding of what
positive communication skills are, how using good manners can help one connect better with others,
and ultimately, become a leader." Snezana Pejic, Etiquette Instructor
positive communication skills are, how using good manners can help one connect better with others,
and ultimately, become a leader." Snezana Pejic, Etiquette Instructor
Do you wish to give your child insight into modern Western culture, social norms, ethical values and customs? Are you looking to enhance your child's social skills by either strengthening their confidence or teaching them to "tone it down a bit"? Is your child so shy that people think he or she is rude? Parenting a child in today's society is challenging, and our programs support the social skills, cultural norms and ethical values you are teaching your child at home. With the strong emphasis on STEM there is little time left for the development of critical social life skills necessary for our kids' personal and professional success. Good manners and emotional intelligence are not always modeled or reinforced in school or at home in the way we imagined. That is why we created youth programs that are thought-provoking, practical, and, yes, fun.
The youth etiquette classes are for children ages 5 to 17 and cover topics such as improving social and communication skills, projecting confidence, strengthening self-esteem, building leadership skills, navigating friendships, resolving conflict, understanding social cues, basic manners, table manners, inspiring a positive attitude, and more. Our programs are specifically developed for each age group and are taught in a fun and interactive way. VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR-LED PROGRAMS

Today's high schoolers are juggling hectic schedules. From earning scholarships to excelling in sports or preforming arts, high schoolers are accomplishing amazing things. However, face-to-face communication outside of their social circle may not come easily. This program will cover professional demeanor, what it means to be a good friend, as well as provide specific norms and actions a young adult can take to feel more secure in day-to-day life situations. Students will learn interview etiquette skills, and positive communication, preparing them for employment and college. They will gain leadership and teamwork skills, and learn ways to feel more comfortable when speaking in front of an audience.
This class is designed for a modern young adult to brush up on their 'adulting' skills and present their best-self in social and professional situations.
Enrollment tip: We typically have teens that are highly motivated to succeed, and ask their parents to enroll them in this class. If you are not sure if this class is right for your young adult, feel free to consult with them, or reach out to us for more details.
*Indicates full/closed classes
**Please note that all times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST / Boston, USA)
*** Each level is 3 weeks / 1-hour class.

TESTIMONIALS FROM PARENTS and CHAPERONES
"We sent our two boys (10 and 6) to this etiquette school, much of which was ultimately over Zoom because of Covid. It is amazing. They also have etiquette classes for teens. The teacher is wonderful. She is perfect balance of incredibly great at teaching manners and incredibly great with young kids, even over Zoom. If you are looking for a good class, I’d highly recommend."
Father of Mind Your Manners and How to Adult Students
"Best class ever! I am still amazed! My 11-year-old and 9-year-old were complaining beforehand about going. When I went to the class presentation for the last ½ hour, I found them happily and proudly participating. The icing on the cake was when my 11-year-old told me how fun it was, and my 9-year-old asked if he could come back! I have two more sons, and they will definitely be attending when they are old enough. Thank you for this invaluable class."
Mother of Etiquette Boot Camp for Kids Student
"Our child loved the entire Mind Your Manners program, especially the graduation & dinner experience."

"Our child is an intense athlete and TEA's etiquette program exposed him to life outside the realm of competition and locker rooms."

"My daughters had a blast and learned a lot, which I know they will use in the future. Thank you for all you have done. It truly does take a village to raise a child."

"After the first class we started to see positive changes in our 7-year old daughter. Morning: bed made. CHECK. Dressed on her own. CHECK. Combed hair. CHECK. Brushed teeth. CHECK. Breakfast eaten. CHECK. Our mornings have never been easier! Also, as a family we talk more about manners. Our daughter is so excited about the next class, and ever since she came home from the first class, has been teaching the rest of us about good manners. Thank you so much Snezana, who knew that learning proper table manners or a morning routine can be so much fun!"
Mother of a Mind Your Manners Student
"The private class on Conversation Skills, Gracious Guest and Hospitable Host was great - thanks so much. My 9 year old son definitely had a great time – he asked on Saturday morning if he could go back again and he has referenced the class a few times since. My 12 year old daughter also enjoyed the class and she put some of the strategies to use when we had company over on Saturday night which was great. I think it was a great way to get the conversation started and to have someone else give them tips and strategies. We will be in touch again I’m sure."
Mother of Private Class Students
"I attended Etiquette Academy led by Snezana Pejic with a group of high school students from an independent boarding/day school. We had a wonderful experience throughout our entire day. From the moment we sat down for a formal lunch to our time spent in a more structured class setting, the students had a fantastic time learning about proper etiquette from Ms. Pejic. She brings a light hearted yet meaningful energy to her work and the students truly enjoyed their time learning from her. Once the day had ended, the students continued to talk about the information that they had absorbed. I would recommend Etiquette Academy to any individual looking to refine their etiquette skills and learn something new in a fun and engaging environment."

“The program was much more fun than I thought it would be. I wanted to come to the class, but I was worried who the other students in the class would be. I was relieved to see just regular kids like me in the class.”
