Located in Brookline, MA, The Etiquette Academy of New England is an academic institution dedicated to enhancing social skills, improving communication techniques, and developing leadership qualities necessary to succeed personally and professionally. The Etiquette Academy of New England is an academic institution dedicated to enhancing social skills, improving communication techniques, and developing leadership qualities necessary to succeed personally and professionally under our slogan “At Work. At Home. At Play. Etiquette for Everyday”. Located in Brookline, MA, we offer courses for youth and adults as well as partnerships for higher education institutions, corporations, non-profit organizations, hospitality, youth centers, schools and more. The Etiquette Academy of New England has designed multiple programs to address new dilemmas caused by the fluid nature of etiquette and emerging discipline of emotional intelligence. Technological advancements, globalization, and casual upbringing have raised interesting and very important questions regarding what constitutes proper etiquette, protocol, and manners in our social and professional lives. SNEZANA PEJIC, program director I founder I etiquette specialist
Ms. Pejic, Educator and Founder of The Etiquette Academy of New England, is a soft-skill coach and advocate. She delivers corporate trainings on: in-person and email communication, in-person and online networking, business etiquette, civility at work, teamwork and leadership, client-facing professional demeanor, fine dining, as well as, the art of small talk for social and business occasions.
Ms. Pejic, Educator and Founder of The Etiquette Academy of New England, is a soft skill coach and advocate. After spending years managing teams and working in corporate America, where she observed individuals struggle with navigating through social settings, Ms. Pejic was inspired to build The Etiquette Academy of New England and share her knowledge and enthusiasm for professional communication, demeanor and leadership helping individuals and teams improve the way they communicate, interact and work together.
Ms. Pejic’s customer service and professional etiquette knowledge comes from training in royal protocol and etiquette while working for His Late Majesty King Hussein of Jordan at the Royal Jordanian Air Force, a private royal airline. During the four years she spent in His Majesty’s protocol service, Ms. Pejic also served as an assistant to the Chairman’s Office where she was able to help the Royal Jordanian commercial airline improve its level of customer service in the air and on the ground.
Ms. Pejic’s leadership and team building background stems from years in the investment banking industry where she managed bank teams by nurturing relationships and communication with high-end clients.
It was during her years at Boston University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance and e-commerce, Ms. Pejic observed the cultural barriers and challenges her peers faced when integrating into the BU and Boston community. She learned first hand the importance of preserving one’s cultural heritage and customs while understanding and embracing the new way to live naturally in the New England environment.

MADORA CURTIN, marketing
Ms. Curtin oversees the creation and implementation of both in-house and program outreach marketing campaigns. As a detail-driven self- starter and creative team member, Ms. Curtin is in charge of developing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives including pitches, press releases, newsletters, brochures, social media marketing, and B2B marketing to generate brand awareness while maintaining an organized account of The Academy’s progress and growth.
Prior to joining The Etiquette Academy of New England, Ms. Curtin perfected her marketing knowledge and skills during her time as Marketing Coordinator at Cravatta Manufacturers, LLC., where she promoted Cravatta's presence in New England as a result of its expansion and debut in Boston's Seaport District.
As an Account Coordinator at Collette Phillips Communications, Inc., she assisted with drafting, developing and distributing media materials for clients including OneUnited Bank, Whittier Street Health Center, The Dorchester House, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Wheelock College.
During her time as Public Relations Intern at Aigner/Prensky Marketing Group, she worked on client accounts such as Hair Cuttery and Food Truck Festivals of America, which debuted in Fall 2011, and continues to be a wildly successful attraction in communities throughout New England and beyond.
Ms. Curtin graduated cum laude from Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and American Studies. In her free time she volunteers with Dress for Success Boston and Creating Leaders In Movement Boston (CLIMB).

IESHIA KARASIK, etiquette instructor
Ms. Karasik is Director of Career Development and Adjunct Professor at Pine Manor College with over 10 years experience within the career and professional development realm.
As Director of Career Development at Pine Manor College, Ms. Karasik aids students in exploring the relationship between academic majors and individual skills, passions and inclinations, ultimately helping them choose the appropriate career path. She introduces students to all levels of professional life, from creating an effective resume and customized cover letter to networking.
Ms. Karasik’s talent for fashion, elegance and communicating professionalism through visual presentation is supreme. While working at Saks Fifth Avenue as a personal shopper, Ms. Karasik helped clients find their personal style. As a licensed Personal Image Consultant, she empowers individuals to develop and maintain their professional image.
Ms. Karasik enjoys supporting both young and seasoned professionals, and she is dedicated to helping her clients get to the next career level. She holds a B.S. in Management from Boston University, and is currently pursuing her M.F.A. in Pedagogy and Creative Writing.

Ms. Grace Li is an Etiquette Instructor at The Etiquette Academy of New England teaching programs in Mandarin language. Ms. Li has over 10 years experience teaching communication, professional demeanor, posture and poise in China. She is also accredited by both The Etiquette Academy of New England in Brookline, MA, and Washington School of Protocol in Washington, D.C. Always looking to advance her knowledge and programs, Ms. Li is also a licensed National Secondary Psychological Consultant.
As a distinguished Etiquette Instructor, Ms. Li trained professional teams in international companies such as BMW, and prominent Chinese companies including China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank and Bank of China. She has also taught at renowned universities such as Peking University and Harbin Institute of Technology. As a Senior Etiquette Trainer, she coached at the Chinese Professional Talent Education Committee and 26th World International University Games. Ms. Li’s knowledge on non-verbal communication, poise and posture led her to instruct at CIP International Model Competition and the 56th Miss International Beauty Contest of China.

MILAN LOCIC, dance instructor
Mr. Locic is an accomplished ballroom dance instructor, dance choreographer and live performer with twenty-five years of dance experience. He was voted Top Male Teacher in 2016 for New England region by Fred Astaire Dance Company, and has won numerous awards throughout his dancing career. His two favorites are the 2010 European Latin Formation Championship where he was a finalist, and his 3rd place finish at Nation Latin Championship.
Mr. Locic’s passion for live public performance and choreography brought him to participate in many shows, plays and opening ceremonies. Most recently, as member of Unicorn Production, Mr. Locic presented his creative and artistic aptitude as a choreographer and performer for a movie and theatre show at Dean College.
Mr. Locic joined The Etiquette Academy’s team to enrich our etiquette program with The Art of Dancing. He teaches dance to both children and adults to build and strengthen confidence and good self-esteem, and help socially shy individuals improve comfort around peers. By focusing on synchronized movement, dancing is a great way to work on correcting posture, and bring poise and grace to one’s movement and stance.
Mr. Locic’s philosophy is best expressed in a quote by Martha Graham: “Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion.”

MILA PEJIC STOJANOV, youth etiquette instructor
Ms. Stojanov is thrilled for the opportunity to lead the Etiquette Mini Boot Camp, for children 5-7yo. Her humorous, fun and practical approach to social graces helps children develop enthusiasm for good manners. As an alumni of the program, she continuously strives to advance the curriculum, and is working on adding more modules to the Mini Boot Camp program.
In her spare time, Ms. Stojanov is an aspiring writer, and a creative mind. She very much enjoys working with children, and finds them witty and uplifting. Her philosophy is that she can learn just as much from the students, as they can learn from her.
To her, etiquette is about showing compassion for others that creates a lasting impression, and about showing respect to parents, peers, and one’s self.
