At The Etiquette Academy of New England reaching individuals outside of our headquarters in Brookline, MA is not just important to us, but a priority. Whether you are working with an American company or studying at an American university, our international programs are designed to enrich a foreigner's knowledge of western demeanor. The goal of the programs is to better understand western cultural dynamics and idiosyncrasies.

WESTERN PROFESSIONAL TABLE MANNERS & FINE DINING
Western professional table manners are a fine balance between handling utensils, ordering food, and maintaining conversations. Our lectures review formal dining skills and table etiquette, and is typically covered over a multi-course meal with wine pairings.
It covers a wide range of topics such as which utensils are used for certain foods? What rules of etiquette should you be following during a lunch or dinner meeting? Do you know how to discreetly signal "I am still eating" or "I am finished”? Both European and North American table manners are covered.
Participants will gain confidence in their table manners, feel comfortable in formal situations, and will be prepared to partake in future lunch and dinner business meetings with Western professionals.

The goal is to prepare them for the college and job interview process, and it includes ways to introduce them to the overall dynamics and policies of the U.S corporate environment.
This program is ideal for high school students planning to attend a university in Europe or the U.S.
